✨ Your responsibilities:

75%: Paid Media & Creative Execution

• Coordinate with creators and our paid marketing agency to bring new ad campaigns to life.
• Develop UGC and creative briefs, source and manage creators, and ensure on-time delivery of content.
• Edit short-form videos and static ads (CapCut, Canva, or similar) for testing across Meta and other paid platforms.
• Manage and develop the entire funnel for paid ads including winning landing page angles, and other apps as needed.
• Track creative performance and identify winning content angles for future campaigns.
• Maintain smooth communication between internal teams, creators, and partners.
